Fwd: Open Government (is this an RDF application?)

Without wishing to take a view on the politics involved, this struck me as 
a likely candidate for either implementation using RDF, or as a source of 
interesting information to be picked up by RDF applications.  Maybe some 
interesting testbed data for RDF query/resource discovery?
