I was surprised by the license terms (apache license) since this gives duty 
to acknowledge apache which seems inappropriate. (But I see that quite a 
few sf projects use it - maybe I am just confused). Also the copyright date 
of 1999 is wrong.

(Looking at Graph.java in CVS).
