Jena is a Java framework for writing Semantic Web applications.  

+ APIs for RDF, OWL, RDFS and DAML
+ Parsers and writers for RDF/XML, N-Triples and N3
+ Storage in-memory and in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
+ Optimized storage of reified statements
+ Reasoners for RDFS, OWL (OWL/lite subset of OWL/full)
