ANN: (version 3) Camera Ontology

Hi Folks,

I have made the following updates to the Camera Ontology:

1. I changed the property, optics, to lens.
2. I changed the property, carriage, to body.
3. I made lens and body a subPropertyOf part.
4. I have viewFinder a FunctionalProperty.
