Modelling Query Capabilites in RDFS

Hi all,
after describing/modelling  the semantic of a RDF based result of a www
based search service  I would like to specify the the query capabilities
of the service. I would like know, how I can  model/describe query
capabilites (query schema) of a www based service in a RDFS schema? Can
anybody recommend an example? If it is not possible with RDFs, does any
(de facto) rdf based standard exist?
