Re: initial RDF Primer Working Draft

Some comments from a fairly uninitiated person

1. One of the most important questions a newbie is often looking to have
answered is "what is the difference between xml and rdf - xml can provide
metadata information about content so what is new". Although the xml section
essentially answers this, I think it should be addressed directly.

2. There should be an explicit introduction to exactly what the rdfs
namespace is in comparison to the rdf namespace. As it stands, this just
enters the document without explanation (although there some implicit
explanation).
