rdf schema bag question

Regarding RDF Schemas, we're trying to do either of the following:
 (1)  Specify that a particular RDF Bag can only contain literals,

OR, if that's not possible:

(2) Define a subclass of Bag that can only contain literals

It is not clear to us from the spec how to accomplish this.  Does anyone 
have any advice?
