Hi,

I have uploaded an RDF Parser for C# that builds a labelled graph from
an RDF document. It is still under development and I will be adding
features as I go along but current functionality allows you to build the
graph and then recursively walk it. 

The parser open source and is available for download under GPL from
http://www.daml.ri.cmu.edu/drive. If there are problems or bug reports
please let me know.
