Quotes in N3

I'm putting together a simple system that outputs in N3 (http://webns.net)
and I had a simple syntax question that doesn't seem to be answered on the
site.

What happens when you have a literal with quotes in it. That is:

    gov:vice-president dc:title "Richard "Dick" Cheney"

How do I quote the quotes?
