An introduction to RDF

At XML.com we've updated our introduction to RDF, written by Tim Bray,
and re-published it entitled "What is RDF?"

I hardly expect that members of this list will need such an
introduction, but I pass it on as it provides a good introduction for
colleagues who are not yet familiar with RDF.
