about open directory

does anyone have the official precedure of transfering Open Directory RDF dump files (structure.rdf & content.rdf) to relational database ? 
As far as I can think is just use the navie way , but I think that must have someone invested the  stardard precedure way already ! 
I hope any of you guys knowing about that can help me ! thanks a lot !
