SIMILE PI phone conference, 24-March-04 1100 EDT/1600 BST

Hi team,

I don't know whether to hold the PI conference tomorrow or not. 

Unfortunately due to the CSAIL move, quite a few of our team cannot be
reached by phone. So I'm proposing to cancel the telecon, unless I hear
complaints?

However we do have some preparation work to do before the Tech team visits
Bristol next week, so I suggest we sync up on IRC? If necesary, we can set
up a telecon at short notice, but if we want input from Eric, we need to use
the standard SIMILE PI call slot?
