I've added the following note from David Karger for discussion at today's PI call.

David, if we really need to change the time of the call:
- let's signal the need at the PI call today
- I'll ask you to coordinate with the other Pis
  to identify a new time that works for everyone.

mick, with the arrival of the new semester, friday has become a bad time for the conference call.  Any chance I can convince people to switch to monday morning, eg 10 or 11?  Surely this would make hp england happy...
