RE: SIMILE PI phone conference, 30-Oct-03 1100 EDT/1500 UK time

Actually both the US and UK have changed the clocks; the east coast is on EST now, so the conference should be at 1100 EST / 1600 GMT.  (It's only in the spring that the clocks change on a different date.)
