I would like to take up this item on-list rather than on the call, because (a) we will be missing Eric, MacKenzie, and Paul today and (b)I have not yet had a chance to write the note describing the plan.

I will distribute a proposal on-list, and solicit feedback on-list and individually with the PIs.
