I have gone through VRA spec and tried to produce a reasonable starting
point for a VRA RDF vocabulary. I think I have gone as far as I can without
moving on assessing the domain specific issues. The goal is firstly for the
demo - for long term reusability we might wish to have far more concepts put
in but should go far enough to illustrate the research issues of multiple
schema metadata.

Now we have a large corpus that we are converting to RDF, we need some
stability to the vocabulary so I would like to arrange time with MacKenzie
and Eric (separately is fine) to review this from the perspective of experts
in the domain of application.
