Figuring out RDF

Hi team,

This WIKI set up by Raymond Yee called "Figuring Out RDF" is pretty
interesting as Raymond is the Technology Architect on the Interactive
University Project at the University of California Berkeley, who has done
work on crosswalking translating METS to other XML formats such as RSS and
IMS-CP. Raymond mentions SIMILE.
