Seriously, I think its good to do a roundup and see what everybody here 
thinks about this.

If I got to vote, I would vote +1 for "getable" URIs because I think 
that they don't add complexity, they are consistent with the general 
XML movement, and they are potentially more valuable in the future.

I suggest each one here to express her/his opinion on the matter, 
indicating the specific issues.

At that point, consensus can be reached by creating a compromise.
