DSpace History White Paper

Please review the referenced draft of the DSpace History System white
paper.  The intention of the paper is to review the history system work
and to reveal issues that were encountered in developing it.  It's
pretty rough, but I am looking for everyone who has been involved in it
to give it a look and to verify that I'm not overlooking anything.  Any
suggestions on final structure will also be welcome; right now the
sample models are not attached to any explanatory text and there's not a
clear place to include them, for example.
