re: DSpace History System: RDF Schema Design

Jason,

We noted during last weeks call the importance of reflecting entries in the 
bitstream format registry as first-class objects in the DSpace Object Model.

I do not see this reflected in the Object Model proposed in Figure 2 of the 
current document.

a. Perhaps we can take this up again during today's call?

b. I am creating an issue list for the history system work so we can track the 
disposition of this issue and any others that may come up.  Once created, I 
propose that I hand the issue list to you for maintenance.
