RE: Issue 61: Why is metadata annotation a special case?

I'm sorry I cannot seem to bring my mind back to that comment. I cannot
recall exactly what I meant by it.

It could be that, in working with RDF, the distinction between data and
metadata has been so blurred in my mind that "arbitrary, ad hoc
annotations" seems like a trivial thing, a general need which ought to
be supported on anything, not just particularly metadata schemas and
instance metadata.

I'll be more specific and detailed in my future comments.
