Hi Team

Just a quick heads up on the "prototypes" document

http://web.mit.edu/simile/www/documents/prototypeStrawman/

Mick has asked me to devote some effort to improving this document.
Previously the document discussed a number of prototypes:

- Investigate use of multiple schemas to describe data
- Interoperation between multiple schemas
- Prototype Dissemination Kernel and Architecture
- Examine Distribution Mechanisms
- Archival of legacy websites / databases

After our discussion at the PI meeting, I've moved the legacy website
archival prototype to "rejected" and added a number of other possible areas
that people proposed:

- Mirroring DSpace Relational Database to RDF (David Karger, Mark Butler)
- Displaying, editing and navigating RDF (Eric Miller)
- RDF Diff (Eric Miller)
- Semantic Web Processing Models (Mark Butler)

So I'd welcome submissions of material to go into the document, whether to
enhance a current prototype description or to propose a new prototype. Note
these are just proposals for work items so we are still at the "brainstorm"
stage. Thanks
