SIMILE Research Drivers v0.24 available

Mark and I have posted a revision (v0.24) of the SIMILE Use Case / Research Drivers Document [1].

This version includes:
	- merged material from the earlier SIMILE grant proposal
	- some (but not all) completions of sections marked "to do" and "to be completed"
	- additions in response to some of the early feedback on the document

From the title page you can navigate to the document's current issues list [2].
