Plenary notes, writeup?

Hi,

Attached are the minutes to the afternoon of the first day of the plenary (23 July), i.e. the log from IRC.

Is anyone going to capture the outcomes of the plenary in a document?  I think it's very important.  We need to identify someone to own that task, and I can't remember if we did that on Thursday.
