The plenary is NEXT WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY, July 23 and 24, at MIT Endicott House in Dedham, MA.

http://www.mitendicotthouse.org/

We will start by 8:30am both days. To accommodate those attempting to catch outbound flights on Thursday afternoon, I may suggest a slightly earlier start on Thursday.

SIMILE HP Core Team

And on Wednesday Evening

Mick, Eric, MacKenzie, Rob, mark, John, Bernard, Kevin, Martin, Andy

HP is arranging transportation from Kendall Square to Endicott House to depart late on Thursday afternoon (5-6 -ish). Please let me know if the consensus of the group is to have dinner together in Cambridge and depart later, so I can arrange transportation accordingly and let Endicott House know.

There will be a dinner on Wed. night. I've suggested a bar. MacKenzie - please let me know if there is a problem billing this to MIT/SIMILE.

On Thursday afternoon Martin, Andy, Eric, and Bernard will depart for the airport circa 3pm. (HP has arranged a car and driver for their transport - with four, it may be a bit tight. Please let me know if we need two cars instead.) I would like to conclude the sessions by then but would like to reserve the right to carry on 'till 4pm to finish up business that can be concluded in their absence.

Anything not covered? Please let me know!

> b. Walk-through Agenda for Plenary
> - MB to email Thurs PM
> - How meeting to be conducted (nature of sessions, etc)

Below is a plan for the two days that I prepared previously. I expect to be able to tune this based on a more accurate understanding of SIMILE current state, and the PI one-on-one calls that I have been holding this week. The timings may change slightly.

However, I do not expect that such tuning will be able to occur before Monday.

I would welcome any insights or suggestions that you might have regarding this plan for conducting the Plenary.
