	   optimize haystack display heuristics to use type info

[sg] prototype haystack web client.  Target 12/31/03.

[ms] close outstanding rights issues, notify team when rights cleared

[dk] examine support for mixed-type result sets in haystack

[rt] local owner for all things CRL access- and space- related

[all PIs] review & draft common SIMILE position & statement of value add illustrated by demo.

[ms delegate] Joseki instance bringup on MIT Libs SIMILE Server
     dev infrastructure proposal, bringup

[dk] load OCW data into haystack.  Flag additional issues.

[mb, ks] unify URLs for foldable concepts in a version of corpus for use by Steve in UI mockup / demo tuning discussions

[sg] lead demo tuning discussions with MacKenzie's domain experts.
     discuss corpus, use case, show faceted browse capability.  Feedback suggestions/observations.
