SIMILE Plenary Proposal Version 2

1. Logistics

Dates: 17-18 December

Venue: HPL 1 Cambridge Center, Cambridge MA
On the morning of the 17th the meeting will use the Rodan conference room,
then Megalon conference room for the remainder of the meeting. 


Prework: 

- Position papers (done).

- Updated version of demo script.

- Joseki server with Artstor and OCW metadata up and running. 


Day 1 - Demonstrator Completion

A. Review Demonstrator Script

B. Review and cover remaining issues
   - Metadata modelling
   - Metadata publishing

c. Collection integration issues and planning
	Mapping between overlapping instances
	Vocabulary mapping

D. User Interface Issues


E. Produce detailed plan to realise demo, with timescales.


Day 2 - Post-Demonstrator Planning and Teambuilding

Ideally to include new hires

F. Revisit / Summarise major points from position papers

G. Activity roadmap exercise
