I spotted this on the ms. Site 'The LRN Toolkit version 3.0 provides a
comprehensive view of the IMS Content Packaging specification and SCORM
reference implementation' ... But it sounds like it also supports their
descriptive metadata spec aswell by the sounds of that longer example that
was shipped with it?
