Since we are in last call, I need to create evidence whether or not we 
have addressed comments received to the commentors satisfaction.

Dave has agreed that there is a bug and proposed to fix it

Yes that's correct - an editorial error I'll fix for the next version to be:
   datatypeString ::= '"' string '"' ^^' uriref

If you can say on record that you are happy with that fix then I can 
update my disposition of comments doc [2] to show that you are satisfied 
that we have addressed your comment.
