Below is the DRAFT of our response to RDF Core on whether SOAP can
transport RDF data. Is this what was meant by the action item? Do you
think it's sufficient? Who should I sent this to?


Dear RDF Core WG,

as per our issue #29 [1] resolution [2] we believe that RDF data can be
transferred as payload in SOAP 1.2 messages (in headers or body) with no
problems, for example by serializing it using RDF/XML syntax.
