Validation of XHTML documents containing RDF metadata

ISO/IEC Document Schema Definition Languages (DSDL) Part 4 allows
specific parts of an XML document to be extracted and then validated.
In particular, an XHTML document containing RDF metadata can be
validated. Part 4 allows this document to be decomposed into an
XHTML-only document and RDF metadata. Then, we can validate the XHTML
document against some schema (written in RELAX NG, W3C XML Schema,
DTD, etc.) and validate the RDF metadata against some RDF Schema
schema.

More information about DSDL and Part 4 is available at:

Please send comments to dsdl-comment@dsdl.org. I hope to create
a Draft International Standard of Part 4 in XML Europe 2003.
