Anticipated schedule for RDF 2.0 wg?

Howdy folks,

Any anticipated schedule for when/if an RDF 2.0 working group
might be formed?

I'd be interested in official participation in such a working
group, rather than officially join the current RDF Core working 
group at the last hour and slow you folks down (more than I
normally do in general ;-)
