Hi,

Yes, I agree that SiRPAC does not correctly handle
relative URIs in the URI-reference type attributes
like resource and about.

I logged this defect as DEC-06-200-1 in:

 http://www.w3.org/RDF/Implementations/SiRPAC/SiRPAC-defects.html
