Wap Connection

Hi, 

Is it possible for me to create a link in a wap page that says call 1234567
and when the wap user chooses the link, connection to wap would be
discontinued and the link would call a number that is preprogrammed in the
code? If so, what is the method whereby I can do that or is there someplace
whereby I can refer to the method?
