I have updated the SiRPAC stand-alone and online [1] release to conform to the latest RDF Model & Syntax specification [2] which is now a W3C Recommendation. This new release is version 1.9. Those who have been using earlier versions of SiRPAC, this version incorporates better management of parseType='Resource' mechanism as well as the URI expansion of the about="" and xmlns="" attribute values.
