Resource Description Framework (RDF) Becomes a W3C Recommendation

We are very pleased to announce that the W3C has granted Recommendation
Status [1] to the RDF Model and Syntax specification [2]. RDF is the
result of several metadata communities bringing together their functional
requirements to provide a robust and flexible architecture for supporting
metadata on the web. Additional information on RDF including software,
projects, presentations, etc. can be found on the RDF home page [3].
