On behalf of the RDF Schema Working Group it gives me great pleasure to announce "Last Call" for any comments giving reason why the RDF Schema Specification, version 1 [RDFS] should not be moved forward as a Proposed Recommendation. With the publication of this draft, the RDF Schema Specification enters "last call." The last call period will end on November 30, 1998.
