RDF Model and Syntax

Generally, I like the current public draft.  However there is one
inconsistency that bugs me.  Specifying Descriptions, you use the word
"Description", however specifying Sequences, for example, you use the
word "Seq".  Either spell them all out or abbreviate them all.  Be
consistent.  My preference is the abbreviation, with Description being
represented by "Descr" or "Desc".
