Ical Ontology Question

Hello people, 
I would like to ask one question about the Ical Ontology. I found the component freq in the documentation and in many sample data . But i cant find it in the Ical Ontology . Could anyone explain to me what is going on? Ii would like to use the ontology for keeeping the meetings of someone.
