In a discussion with TimBL about calendar diff/sync,
we decided that dtstamp and the like are really
message metadata, not event properties. So he/we
added an option to remove it to fromIcal.py :

  options:
    --base uri
    --noprotocol Supress SEQUENCE and DTSTAMP
    --noalarm Supress VALARMs

   v 2.22 2005/02/02 21:54:45

v2.23 is also checked in, but that's a different subject.
