A little background:

At the calsify BOF at the 62nd IETF meeting on 10 Mar, discussion
of an IETF WG charter started. (my notes are
in http://www.w3.org/2005/03dc-msp/trip.html ). I have been
checking the calisfy archive now and again to see when the discussion
would go public. I just now found it, though it went out over
a week ago. Looks like there has been some follow-up discussion,
mostly supportive. I see a little push-back on extensions.

I see a very informal last call on 3 Apr...
"I hope the silence from others is an indication that everybody else
thinks this is ok aswell."

and nothing since then.

If I were an IETF area director, I would call that "rough consensus".

So if anybody here has anything against the charter, better send
it to the calsify list right away! I think I'm largely content with it.
