draft-hare-xcalendar-02.txt has been submitted

I've submitted a new version of the draft, removing an unused template and 
cleaning up a few things; if you've been using this draft for 
anything  (besides bird cage liner or fish wrapper), you might be 
interested. Nothing has changed in a major way; I will be reviewing it over 
the next few weeks to look for bigger changes.
