added test for Japanese character support to repository

I have introduced another dependency to ical2rdf (thanks to Masahide for
the code)

These parts:

use Jcode;
Jcode::convert(\$v,'utf8');

could be removed if you don't want to process Japanese text.

I've added a test for this:
