There are some sample data files linked from
http://ilrt.org/discovery/2001/06/content/

most of them use
http://ilrt.org/discovery/2001/06/schemas/ical-full/hybrid.rdf

the current draft RDF calendar schema.

There is not currently any link between this work and the xcal work,
except that it is on my list to look at the similarities between the two
systems.
