ANNOUNCEMENT: XQuery and XPath to LAST CALLl (among others)

The XQuery and XSLT WGs are happy to announce that the following specifications
have entered LAST CALL phase:

XQuery 1.0: An XML Query Language

The Last Call period ends on February 15, 2004.
The status section of each document explains how to formally submit
last call comments for each of them.
