DIFF versions of some XML-Query specs are available

New "diff" versions of some XML-Query specs are now available.

These are still experimental so minor glitches might be possible (so, "diffs" are obviously not a normative replacement of the
original Working Draft), but we think these can be anyway a very helpful tool for implementors and users to better grasp what
changes with each new revision of an XML-Query spec.
Feedback is welcome.

The intention of the XML-Query and XSLT wg's is to include, whenever possible, diff versions in the next publication rounds as well.
