program. This will keep the _same subject heading_ of our e-mail.  
Otherwise your message might be lost with Junk mail.

Excellent article.
It tells you what not to _do_ (with example!) and what _to do_ but  
not _how_ to do it (*no example*).
If using Server side instructions obviously you put the instruction  
in the .htaccess file,
but what do you do if you can only use Client side instructions?
