Hello QA Team members, A handful of tips have been translated into  
Dutch and posted to http://4umi.com/web/tips/ although with no links  
pointing to it except this one at this moment. More translations are  
underway. Is this helpful to you for publication at http://www.w3.org/ 
QA/Tips/,translations and if so, is it alright for me to add a link  
from my own sites? Thank you for your efforts building a better web.
