Test Development FAQ released

Hi QA IG,

The QA Working Group has been working during the past few months on
getting together an FAQ around Test Development for W3C Working Groups.
As a result of this work, the first version of this FAQ has been
released:
http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2005/01/test-faq

The QA Working Group is greatly interested in getting feedback on the
current answers proposed by this FAQ, as well as in getting new
questions that the FAQ should cover.

You can find this FAQ linked from the QA Library [1].
