answer to TAG comment on wording in tips

Thanks for your comments on the Last Call version of the QA Framework:

After two weeks from now (on May 18, 2005), the lack of answer will  
be considered as if you had accepted the comment.

As a response to your comment, the QA Working Group has accepted your  
comment and has reworded [2]:

     "QA Specification Guidelines: For editing each
     Good Practice and Requirement of QA Specification
     Guidelines, a template and a method were developed
     to make the edition of each part easy to follow and
     discuss by the QA Working Group and easy to incorporate
     in the final document for the editor."
